If for any reason you feel you need to return the product you have purchased and received in the post, we’re here to help. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with on our website www.iwworld.com.

Our products can be returned within 7 days from the date on which you received the products. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The product was received in the last 7 days
• The product damaged and unreadable (If only the packaging is damaged, this is not a reason for the return)

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from IW World.

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM OTHER SELLERS
